Elevator door operator control principle: The system adopts frequency conversion door machine as the driving force of automatic door mechanism, and the special frequency conversion controller VVVF controls the functions of forward and reverse rotation, deceleration and torque holding of the door machine. The door machine inverter controller is connected to the main control system of the elevator, and according to the internal computer program, it gives the opening and closing signals in time to realize the logical control of the door machine. In the process of opening and closing the door, the inverter door operator realizes automatic and smooth speed regulation with the help of its special position encoder.
The function of automatic door opening of elevator door operator is explained as follows
When the elevator enters the low-speed leveling area and stops, the elevator microcomputer main board will issue the door opening command, and the door operator will automatically open the door when it receives this signal. When the door is fully opened, the signal of the door opening limit switch will be disconnected, and the elevator microcomputer main board will stop the transmission of the door opening command signal after getting this signal, and the door opening process will be finished.

1. Meaning of low-speed leveling area: The leveling of this elevator is realized by the cooperation between the light shield and the photoelectric switch.
The shading plate has a certain length, and the area where it is inserted into the photoelectric switch process is called the "low-speed leveling zone". The photoelectric switch, the shading plate and the rotary encoder on the main unit work together to achieve accurate leveling of the elevator.
When the light shield is inserted into the photoelectric switch, the door area switch is closed, the leveling status indicator on the main board lights up and the main board receives the leveling signal.
2. Realization of door opening function
The main board receives the leveling signal, compares it with the signal sent by the rotation code on the main board, and when the condition is suitable, it outputs the door opening signal and transmits this signal to the door machine inverter to control the door motor to execute the door opening command.
3. Open the door in place
In the process of opening the door, through the position encoder in the door machine inverter to determine whether the elevator is in place, when the door is in place, the door limit switch is disconnected, the indicator light on the main board goes out, the main board receives the signal to open the door and stops outputting the door command.
4. Open the door immediately
If you want to open the door immediately in the process of closing the door or when the elevator has not yet started after closing the door, press the door button in the cabin control box at this time, and when the elevator microcomputer main board receives the signal, it will immediately stop delivering the closing signal instruction and issue the opening signal instruction, so that the door machine will immediately stop closing the door and open the door immediately.
5. Opening the door outside the hall on this floor
In the automatic state, when the elevator is not started after the automatic closing or closing, press the call button KUn or KDn outside the hall on this floor, the elevator microcomputer main board receives the signal even if the door machine immediately stops closing and immediately opens the door.
6. Safety contact plate or door light curtain protects the door from opening
In the process of closing the door, the safety contact plate or door light curtain is blocked by people or obstacles, the elevator microcomputer motherboard receives the signal, immediately stop the delivery of closing signal command, issue the door opening signal command, so that the door machine immediately stop closing and immediately open the door.
Function interpretation of automatic closing.
In the automatic state of the elevator, after the door opens for about 6 seconds after stopping the floor, under the timing control of the internal logic of the elevator microcomputer main board, the closing signal will be automatically output to make the door machine close automatically, and after the door is completely closed, the closing limit switch signal will be disconnected, and the elevator microcomputer main board will stop the delivery of the closing command signal after getting this signal, and the closing process will be finished.
In the automatic state, after the elevator stops and opens the door, it usually has to wait for 6 seconds before closing the door automatically, but at this time, as long as you press the button of the door closing button in the cabin control box, the elevator microcomputer main board receives the signal and immediately delivers the closing signal instruction, so that the elevator closes the door immediately.
Shutdown of the driver state.
When the driver state, it no longer delays 6 seconds to close the door automatically, but must have the manipulator inside the car continuously press the KCL closing button to close the door and put it in place.
Opening and closing the door during maintenance.
In the state of inspection, the door can only be opened and closed by the maintenance personnel who operate the KOP and KCL buttons. If the door is open, the maintenance personnel will operate the UP or DOWN maintenance button, and the elevator door will perform the automatic closing procedure and the door will be closed automatically.
