1. Elevator Drive system: The function of the elevator drive system is to provide power and control the speed of the elevator. The elevator drive system consists of a traction motor, power supply system, speed feedback device, motor speed regulating device, and so on. 2. Elevator control system: The main function of the elevator control system is to operate and control the operation of the elevator. The elevator control system hardware is composed of the car control panel, door signal, PLC, frequency converter, and speed regulating system. The frequency converter only performs speed regulating function, while the logic control part is accomplished by PLC.. PLC is responsible for processing the logic relationship of various signals, thus sending the start-stop signal to the converter, at the same time, the converter also transmits its own working state to PLC, forming a two-way connection relationship. The system is also equipped with a motor coaxial connection rotary encoder card and PG card to complete speed detection and feedback, forming a speed closed-loop and position closed loop. In addition, the system must be equipped with brake resistance, when the elevator decelerates, the motor is in the regenerative state, feedback power to the converter, inhibit DC voltage rise.

3. Traction system: The elevator traction machine is the power equipment of the elevator, also known as the elevator host. The function is to convey and transfer power to make the elevator run. The utility model is composed of an electric motor, a brake, a coupling, a reduction gearbox, a traction wheel, a rack, a guide wheel, and an attached trolley handwheel. The guide wheel is usually mounted on the frame or the load-bearing beam under the frame. The handwheel is fixed on the motor shaft or hung on the wall, and then put on the motor shaft. One end of the traction steel wire rope is connected with the car through the traction wheel, and the other end is connected with the counterweight device. A guide wheel is placed on the traction machine to separate the car and the counterweight which run along the guide rail of the shaft without touching each other. The gravity of the car and the counterweight compresses the traction wire rope in the groove of the traction wheel to generate friction. In this way, the electric motor rotates to drive the traction wheel to rotate, drive the steel wire rope, drag the car and make a relative motion to the counterweight. That is, when the car rises, the counterweight goes down; when the counterweight goes up, the car goes down. Therefore, the car in the shaft along the guide rail up and down the reciprocating operation, the elevator to perform the task of vertical transport.
